Participation by bridge nations

Yesterday I created this page by import of notes composed earlier this week at 2012 World Mind Sports Games#Bridge (which needs further trimming as well as expansion). I have added detail about participation both in 2012 and in 2008 (some destined for the 2008 page). That's fascinating material for me, some destined for User space where I expect to build an all-time tabular record similar in scope to some WP Football tables (World Cup Teams). Simpler in format. Maybe destined for WP Contract bridge space.
