what the?

is this vandalism?

"Stewie says Brian started talking about his novel three years ago. Stewie is one year old. It is possible he heard it as a sperm, since they seem to have that ability."

Fair use rationale for Image:Fgsnorks.png

Image:Fgsnorks.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Snork identification

The cast list said Nancy Cartwright as Daffney Gillfin, but the female Snork in the image actually matches the skin and hair color of Casey Kelp, according to the descriptions on the Snorks page (I haven't seen that show, myself). Also, Casey is the logical choice since she was Allstar's love interest, as noted both later on this page and on the Snorks page. I've changed the cast list to fix this. 75.36.177.193 21:17, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Commentary stuff

  • When this show was being produced, The Bachelor was a much bigger and more prolific show than what it is now. (Goodman)
  • ABC was apparently not doing so well as this episode was being produced. (MacFarlane) (Sheridan)
  • Chris' talking spot is a reference to Little Shop of Horrors (film). (Goodman)
  • When Chris is waving his shirt around above his head and being watched by Herbert through the window, that entire scene is a reference to Animal House. (MacFarlane)
  • The FG production staff encountered a bit of trouble attempting to figure out what Peter would be doing in the lobby during the Bachelorette audtions, although the show never really landed on anything good. (Goodman) (MacFarlane) originally, in order to embrass Cleveland so that he would not be considered as a contestant, Peter had his ass in an aquarium, (MacFarlane) (Hentemann) but they swapped to Peter taking his clothes off, although it did originally go into more detail than the current sketch, as Peter was putting his ass on Cleveland's ass while naked, but was shortened to the current version. (Hentemann) (Sheridan) (Goodman)
  • When the judges for the Bachelorette contestant come out to find Peter struggling with Cleveland, orignally Peter had his back to Cleveland and was bouncing up and down (as if engaging in anal sex), but it wasn't allowed from standards. (Sheridan)
  • MacFarlane comments that Walter Murphy, who composes and handles a lot of music for the series, goes back and forth from standard FG kind of music to Bachelor kind of music. (MacFarlane)
  • He-Man from the Masters of the Universe franchise is shown at the ranch, (MacFarlane) and it was his actual voice, presumably from an episode of that series (Green)
  • A deleted scene was animated which showed the two horses in the background beginning to mate during Brook and Brian's talk in the barn while smoking. (Hentemann) (Sheridan)
  • The scene at Mort's Pharmacy is a reference to Fast Times at Ridgemont High. (Hentemann)
  • Originally, a scene was made which showed Chris breaking into Goldman's pharmacy wearing a ski-mask with a hole for Doug, his spot. (MacFarlane)
  • Originally, the name of Glen's cat was called "Pussy", but broadcasting standards objected, although they had no problem with the threeway joke. (Sheridan) (MacFarlane)
  • During Brian's phone call to Brook when she is ignoring him, he makes reference to Billy Vera and the Beaters. (Goodman)
  • The doctor which Chris sees is voiced by Drew Pinsky playing himself. (MacFarlane)
  • Nancy Cartwright, voice actor of Bart Simpson from The Simpsons and Michael Bell provided their voices for the episode. (MacFarlane)

  • During the sequence where Brian can't stop calling Brooke, the answer machine tape runs out so he buys her a new one. He also calls straight back after hanging up as he thought he heard her about to pick up the phone. This seems like a reference to Swingers.--HeyImDan (Talk) 13:22, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
