Don't include in the lead sentence (without citation) anything that's not mentioned, and cited , in the rest of the article.

Really, the issue isn't whether one could guess at what you were trying to say. Perhaps you want to look into words such as “very”, “extremely”, “markedly”, “pronouncedly”, &c.
