Bendis comics moved to Dark Horse

Not sure why only Jinxworld header is under DC, when Jinxworld comics were coming out before the arrangement with DC.
Also: "DC's Jinxworld label" doesn't sound accurate. ie. DC never owned Jinxworld (as far as i can tell). Brian Michael Bendis includes "JINXWORLD, the company through which Bendis produces his creator-owned and licensed comics work."
I noticed Jinxworld comics are now being published by Dark Horse (after noticing, did websearch and found Brian Michael Bendis Moves His Jinxworld Line to Dark Horse):
