Change Bio and Add Awards and Decorations
[edit]I tried to make edits approved by the individual of the bio as one of his public affairs officers. I was told I cannot do this, so I am requesting edits here.
See my previous edits here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Brett_Sylvia&diff=prev&oldid=1243851693 for approval. Intention was to be more informative and accurate to the bios we give out here at the Division. Also to make his Awards and Decorations section look similar to GEN Poppas' table on his Wiki bio.
