[edit]'Students for Concealed Carry on Campus'
This is NOT a dispute over Gun Rights... This is dispute over First Amendment Rights (Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression)
The right to carry concealed weapons on campus was part of the protest, but that was never disputed between the University and the said student. The dispute was over the free speech zone and the ban of empty holsters.
Why did you state that? It is quite obvious that this is a 1st Amendment case. The 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with the actual dispute. The only time the 2nd Amendment comes into play is when discussing Polous' organization.
