[edit]Wow, this page big-time needs editing to be a little more neautral. I was wondering why it seemed so one-sided to the point that it seemed like a family member wrote it, until I got the part about her clothing line. That led me to believe that either a publicist or someone who works with her on her clothing line wrote the majority of this page. It needs to be a little more neutral (i.e. don't call Laguna Beach "notorious but beautiful" and don't say Breanna "breaks all the guys hearts in the O.C."). I would edit it myself, but I don't know enough about her or the subject.
OK, I'm the same person who typed the above stuff, but I'm not using my signature because I'm not signed in. Anyway, I fixed the nuetrality to the best of my abilities, but the page still needs some major editing because now the "biography" section is pretty redundant to the rest of the page.
Requested move to Lauren Conrad
[edit]Apparently per MTV, I can conclude that Lauren and Breanna are sisters. I would suggest moving Breanna's biographical info to Lauren's bio and rename Lauren's page. Does anyone agree with this idea? --DFW 22:40, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
- Actually, that's a great idea. I've withdrawn the prod (though, I doubt that Lauren Conrad would be renamed, likely it would be just a merge, but that's up to those who maintain that article). This one would be preserved as a redirect to Lauren Conrad though, so anyone searching for Breanna Conrad would be sent there. Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 22:59, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
- Merge I agree. Most of the Laguna Beach cast members don't get their own articles; they usually redirect to Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The only ones meriting their own articles are, by convention, those that are notable as public figures via other acting jobs, etc. Breanna doesn't fit into that category. But a merge with Lauren Conrad would be appropriate in this case. --Tractorkingsfan 01:56, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Keep I do not agree that the page should be merged. I have added some info to the article and added sources. The point of view has been neutralized. Breanna Conrad is a notable public figure - she has been featured in many news articles and magazines, as well as on a reality television show. That cannot be said for most of the Laguna Beach personalities. The information on Breanna would not fit well into the article on Lauren Conrad. In my opinion, Lauren Conrad (the star of four seasons - and counting - of MTV reality shows, spokesperson for Avon, and fashion designer) should certainly have her own page, not a shared page with her sister. The Breanna Conrad article is more than a stub. It should be kept. Epopp 16:48, 28 March 2007 (UTC)Epopp
Delete: Not sure why she has her own page to be honest with you, VERY poorly written, does she really warrant her own wiki page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 118.93.93.41 (talk) 00:21, 25 June 2008 (UTC)
