Neutrality?

I can't help but question the article's neutrality when an enumerated list working to defend why a particular action is justified. Context is good, but as the article stands it reads more as though it is attempting to persuade you that this is what to do. --Cawhee (talk) 21:17, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
