Bait and switch Suspended my domain after fully paying for it until 2032

I have been using DROA for almost 20 years and on may 11th 2022 I paid them for an additional 6 years of service at $15 a year because they offered hosting included with my domain registration.

Today I read an email from them stating that unless I paid them an additional $40 dollars for hosting they a year they would suspend my domain which they have done today.

I can easily purchase / register my domain for much less elsewhere and the only reason for using their service was because it included hosting.

I just emailed and left a detailed voicemail demanding they restore and honor our agreement immediately.
