Brain Damage → Brain damage (disambiguation) – The primary topic of this page is Brain damage. Therefore, capitalization of the second word of the page name (damage) is incorrect. There are pages where the word is capitalized as part of the title of something, but those pages are not about the primary topic. We need a title with (disambiguation) in it, to distinguish this disambiguation page from the primary page. -- Tryptofish (talk) 15:28, 25 August 2014 (UTC)
- Support. WP:DIFFCAPS is tenuous when applied to named medical conditions. The primary topic, no matter the capitalization, should be the medical condition for which all other meanings are named. bd2412 T 17:12, 25 August 2014 (UTC)
- Support per bd2412. The medical term is a clear enough primary topic. Egsan Bacon (talk) 22:44, 25 August 2014 (UTC)

- Support like plants and dogs and desserts, medical conditions tend to get overcapitalized. In ictu oculi (talk) 01:59, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

- I would prefer to see a modicum of explanation why you think that reader lookups of this specific capitalized version are still supposed to end up at the explanation of the term, as opposed to a list of things Called That Way.(TM) It seems like second-guessing the reader intent; it's reasonably logical for lookups to the normal phrase to be covered by the article about the topic, and lookups for the specifically capitalized variant to be covered by this list, which also includes the link to the topic article in case someone wants the etymology. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 19:03, 2 September 2014 (UTC)
