Merge from George Bradshaw#Bradshaw's railway guides into Bradshaw's Guide
[edit]I don't really have the patience to do it on my own, but I think that the text at the George Bradshaw article should be moved to this one, leaving a lengthy summary in the original location. Any concerns, please say so, or else be bold and move the text. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 16:16, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
rule of thumb for you
[edit]the Bradshaw page is SIX screens, the Guide page is FIVE screens -- once a discreet topic reaches such a size they should NOT be combined; okay, Shakespeare has to be gigantic, but not everybody using Wikipedia has bandwidth or RAM to accomodate large-size pages on lesser topics (for my own website content, I break up pages that reach 100KB of HTML code) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:558:6001:6:3592:5B65:8C7D:E3ED (talk) 20:51, 13 February 2015 (UTC)
- I agree.
- I suggest we move about four screens from the George Bradshaw page to the Guide page. Then I think the Guide page should then be split up into articles about the different editions.

- Agreed and Done. Note that the final target page size is only 27kB even with all text moved, so size isn't a problem. Klbrain (talk) 11:45, 9 August 2017 (UTC)
1913
[edit]Is there any 1913 version? . I saw a TV Railway series based on it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.175.41.227 (talk) 10:38, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
- Highly likely. There were several editions every year. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 18:25, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
