What?

I don't think that

"Boy" was used in a first season episode of the North American version of Queer as Folk, playing in the background at Club Babylon.

is an essential fact to put in.

It was playing in the backround.
The playing of music (unless as a theme or featured song) on a television show has nothing to do with the song itself.
The actual episode is not even present.
