Original research/commentary
[edit]This page contains a lot of speculation, original research and commentary. While there's surely no problem including Boxers own plans, there is a huge amount of commentary on ths page. Other than what's in the licence application there are no real hard facts about Boxer.
What's for certain though, is that there no such thing as an Irish Freeview Group as mentioned in the article. Or much in the way of free to air at all. All we know for certain is:
- RTE has been licenced for one multiplex
- The four existing terrestrial channels will be on it.
- The 2008 Bill makes provision for an Irish Film Channel and a House of the Oireachtas Channel.
This is already seven channels on one mux, add Digital Aertel and the likelyhood of the RTÉ Radio stations and there's not much space left for TV3 channels, never mind the proposed new RTÉ3 / RTÉ1+1. Which given that RTÉ have been proposing new channels since 1998 or thereabouts which have never got off the ground, can't see happening any time soon. --Rdd (talk) 19:16, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Boxer.PNG
[edit]The image File:Boxer.PNG is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
