- ... that the Duke of Westminster preferred Bourdon House to Grosvenor House and moved in there? Source: The Duke began to live here in 1917, (fn. 59) and he so liked it that when Grosvenor House was released by the Government in 1920 he decided not to return there. Bourdon House remained his London home for the rest of his life. [1]
