Article Review
[edit]All of your material is relevant to the topic, and nothing is distracting from it. It is neutral and unbiased. It’s also fairly representative of all viewpoints on the subject.
The link for the second citation “Laluk, Kristin; Luo, Hongli; Chai, Maofeng; Dhawan, Rahul; Lai, Zhibing; Mengiste, Tesfaye (August 2011). "Biochemical and Genetic Requirements for Function of the Immune Response Regulator BOTRYTIS-INDUCED KINASE1 in Plant Growth, Ethylene Signaling, and PAMP-Triggered Immunity in Arabidopsis". The Plant Cell. Vol. 23: 2831-2849.” doesn’t work. If it is a website, that could be fixed. I can’t tell whether it is supposed to be a link or not. The link for the other citation works fine. The sources do support the claims in the article.
Both of the sources are appropriate and reliable because they’re well known scientific journals for this scientific Wikipedia article. They’re also neutral and peer reviewed which is good.
It could use some more length to meet the 1500-word requirement, but that’s really hard to do since the subject is so specific. You maybe could add some background on the resistance system and how levels of salicylic acid affect the cell. That might give it some more length.
