North Bend

Currently North Bend is written up as a section here; I'm of the mind it shoudl be a separate article as North Bend, British Columbia, but am open to the idea that the two could be merged, with Boston Bar as the main article; this only because they're now linked by bridge and also because community services/facilities are shared, despite very different historeis.
