Old Lynn Station

[edit]

Was the former/future terminus of the line really at Lynn (MBTA station) on the Newburyport/Rockport Line, or is this just a glitch that deserves a renaming? ----DanTD (talk) 18:16, 17 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The terminus was at Market Street, about where Harrison Court intersects nowadays. Very close to Lynn-Central Square depot, especially before the tracks were grade separated (in 1912?). Pi.1415926535 (talk) 19:48, 17 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Title and date from information provided by Leslie Jones or the Boston Public Library on the negative or negative sleeve: http://ark.digitalcommonwealth.org/ark:/50959/6682x9007. Washburn Ave runs right alongside where the Blue Line (MBTA) runs today. --NearEMPTiness (talk) 07:40, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
