Orphaned references in Border Troops of the German Democratic Republic
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Border Troops of the German Democratic Republic's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "Rottman, p. 58":
- From Fall of the inner German border: Rottman (2008), p. 58
- From Inner German border: Rottman (2008), p. 58.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 19:57, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

Badge
[edit]The "Enamel breast badge of the Grenztruppen der DDR" is wrong. The "Bestenabzeichen" (roughly "badge of the best") isn´t indicating an member of the border guard but of an distinguished member. (My English isn´t very good, I hope You understand ...) --MiLuZi (talk) 20:09, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
Order of battle - Date ?
[edit]The detailed listing of units is without a date. Which year was that ? --213.172.123.242 (talk) 07:39, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
