Superintentents added

Hello Wikipedians,

Among other things, I just added a list of superintendents.

I got a warning about a deprecated source, which has to be worldstatesmen.org as it has only information up to 2012. It does not matter for this specific purpose of only adding name and year combinations.
I am not Liberian, but I know - have encountered - someone who is and her dad was in some kind of government role there and was killed in that role, in front of her. I was looking on the internet to see what I could find, out of interest. I then ran into this list of superintendents and decided to add and expand it (because I would not call Liberia and its partly very bloody history of "low importance"). I'll keep looking for a better source, but I doubt that it exists. There is a history center on Facebook that posts clippings of old newspapers; maybe I can find more there.
Beau Griffith was listed as current Superintendent. I have not been able to find a source for him as Superintendent, but I wonder if he preceded Hawa Loleyah Norris. I haven't been able to find yet when Esther Walker left office. I have searched the web on Beau Griffith, but haven't found any information yet.

New Map

A new map is needed to correct the borders on Lofa/Gbarpolu (https://www.dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/FR362/FR362.pdf) I don't know how to make maps like what is used, so I ask that someone else make it to correct the error.
