Broad-concept article

[edit]

@Peacemaker67: I was going to remove the current tag from this article since I find such things annoying, but since an article probably could be written that brought together all the various aerial attacks on Belgrade during the war, I left it up. Thoughts? If you think the current situation is fine and no "broad-concept article" is needed (unless someone greatly expands the Allied bombing one), then I will remove the tag. I don't know anything about whether Germany bombed Belgrade after its capture by the Partisans/Red Army in late 1944, but it seems to me that the Operation Retribution (1941) article and the currently poor Allied one are all that is required. It seems odd to lump German and Allied bombings together in one article, so my preference would be to delete this page as unencyclopaedic, and just leave the other two with hatnotes pointing to the other one. I agree that an article on this "topic" is not required. I have removed the tag. I don't mind the dab page, although I don't think one is strictly necessary. Since neither article title is ambiguous, I don't really like the idea of hatnotes. Srnec (talk) 04:12, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
