This article does not meet the good article criteria. Specific issues:
- The lead is too short, see WP:LEAD
- The overall length of the article is about right, but the ratio between the sections is off, for instance there is too little history
- The panoramas and photo gallery must go.
- Professional sports section needs text and should either be just "sports" and also cover amateur sports, or be moved to the culture section.
- Large parts of the article is written in single-sentence paragraphs and sometimes even lists. Prose needs to flow, be sufficiently well-written and have texture.
- The list of notable people must be removed.
- Most of the article is not referenced. Pretty much everything needs a reference to be a good article.
The article is no-where near the criteria and I will therefore quick-fail the nomination. Arsenikk (talk) 23:51, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
