[1] Seeing as there is not much information in this article, perhaps it could be merged into the family section of the Steve Irwin article.
---
[2] Robert Irwin is a very famous animal conservationist and naturalist in Australia in his own right. Perhaps it would be better to expand this article to cover his actions and deeds?
---
[3] Added information and expanded the article. Bob Irwin is a famous herpetologist and conservationist, and is well noted in his field, so I figured he deserved more than a sentence. - Jeremy Bright 9/7/06

[4] Isn't Bob also the name of Steve and Terry's youngest boy? May need a disambiguation page when the time is right ...
[5] Agreed, in twenty years we'll make sure of it. Jeremy Bright 17:15, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
Untitled
[edit]- The grandfather uses the name "Bob" and Steve's son is nearly always called "Robert" on the Australia Zoo site. Stephe1987 (talk) 21:58, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

[6] This mention of a controversy regarding Terri is very confusing. It needs further explanation about why exactly he resigned and why he did mention Terri in his farewell message. Otherwise the section should be taken out. Tad Lincoln (talk) 00:22, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
Age
[edit]The articles from today say Bob was 72 when he was arrested last month, so it looks like he was born in 1938 or 1939, not 1940. Stephe1987 (talk) 21:58, 15 May 2011 (UTC)
Picture
[edit]This man deserves a picture. How is it so hard to find a photo of this man that is not over-protected? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.2.55.66 (talk) 04:34, 3 August 2014 (UTC)
