Leytonstone
[edit]In The Men Who Made Leyton Orient Football Club [1], Allen is described as a former England schoolboys and Tottenham junior who joined Orient in December 1933, made one appearance in the 1933-34 season and not being able to break into the first team, joined Leytonstone a few months later before turning professional with Fulham in May 1934. However, the article has him leaving Tottenham to join Leytonstone in 1932 and then Orient in 1933 for which I cannot see a source unless it’s The Who's Who of Colchester United cited at the end of the paragraph. The Orient source is probably the better one for Allen’s Orient career so I propose to edit the article to reflect what it says. --Malcolmxl5 (talk) 03:49, 3 August 2020 (UTC)
