I disagree with the proposal to delete this article
[edit]I just removed the content, "on thousands of books (including thousands of free public domain work)", because that does read like advertising. However, with that removed, I actually propose that this article be expanded rather than deleted. Bluefire is becoming a popular alternative to Adobe Digital Editions, for a number of good reasons (e.g., Bluefire can read ebooks that contain DRM restrictions, it doesn't snoop around users' devices and then "phone home" those details, it can be used on a number of different operating systems, it can be used as an alternative to Overdrive as well as to ADE). These are ongoing issues in the digital marketplace and, along with proper citations, bear being addressed in Wikipedia. - Froid (talk) 18:05, 11 June 2015 (UTC)
