Changed to a disambiguation page

I wrote a sourced passage about the Blue Blazer cocktail for the Flaming beverages article. I had not realized that I was duplicating a good chunk of the material from this article. Reading back through this article again, I noted all the citation requests for various claims, and I also noted that there were inconsistencies and contradictions with the reliably sourced information I had already tracked down. Since there were already two hat notes to similarly named articles, I decided the best thing to do would be turn this page into a disambiguation page to all three articles, and get rid of all the problematic unsourced stuff at the same time.

That being said, if someone wants to flesh out the article even more than I have, then I am not opposed to splitting Blue Blazer out of Flaming Beverages (leaving behind the key points relating to the history of flaming beverages, of course) and back into this page as a full-blown article. I don't have the time or interest to do that myself. But maybe someone else will want to in the future. If so, great! You might want to bring it up on the Talk:Flaming beverages page first. I probably should have done that here before making such a bold change. But, I really don't see why someone would object to ditching the old for the new. If I'm wrong, please slap me (gently) with a trout, and revert my edit.
