Under the "Reception" > "Academic Reception" section, the first paragraph says "forecasters with identical information and incentives may still come up with divergent forecasts to maximize their probability of winning" (emphasis added). What does this mean? Winning what? The next sentence mentions an annual dinner where the most accurate forecaster from the previous year is recognized and awarded. Is this what is referred to by "winning"? If so, the line about the banquet and award should probably be mentioned before the line about "winning".
