Living or dead? Sex?
My understanding is that Blue is dead and was female. Correct? Ronstew (talk) 17:41, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
dead for many years, don't know the sesxMbr1983 (talk) 04:20, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
Naming
Just curious, but would a better name for the article be "Blue (Bull Terrier)" - it's just that after the (Dog) part has been taken by other articles they tend to go onto dog breed afterwards. Interested in other's opinions. Miyagawa (talk) 17:52, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
- That wouldn't bother me, but this dog's notability derives from her owner.
- Mind if I vent? I did not appreciate the way in which all the text in the article Blue (dog) was deleted and replaced with a redirect to Blue's Clues. The admin who did that deleted a notable dog (well-recognised by the general public in Canada). Worse, she left links for Cherry's dog in several articles now redirecting to the wrong article. That doesn't seem right to me. I had to spend the better part of an hour fixing that, and I disagree with the decision to delete in the first place.
- So, Miyagawa, if you make the change that you suggest, I know that you will clean up the loose ends that the change creates. Ronstew (talk) 18:23, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
Notability
Really, a wiki page for Don Cherry's dog? Seriously? 68.225.171.64 (talk) 03:43, 12 November 2011 (UTC)

I'll redirect to the Characters section of the disamb page for Blue, and hope that hockey fans can find the bull terrier. Ronstew (talk) 18:51, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
actually female
There reads: The original Blue, who died in 1989, was actually a female.
What was tried to say with that? That it is commonly mistaken to be male? The "actually" should be removed, or something other added to explain it. 82.141.126.28 (talk) 11:51, 2 May 2014 (UTC)
