I do not think that the claim "The Doctor refers to one of the Daleks as Dalek Fred, a popular fan nickname for the Dalek who shot the Tenth Doctor in "The Stolen Earth". However this story was broadcast more than a year before that story." should be included in the continuity section. a) There is no source cited for the claim that Dalek Fred is a popular fan nickname for any Dalek. b) Given this story was aired on BBC 7 around 18 months before "The Stolen Earth" was broadcast on TV, a connection between these two points seems very unlikely (as the comment itself notes). c) Not withstanding the first two points surely this is just trivia which does not belong in a Wikipedia article and is not a point of continuity.
