Notability
[edit]While I don't dispute BlogHer to be notable, the current article does not support that claim. The abundance of red links to people who may or may not be notable (I'd probably lean towards the latter) doesn't help the case. The lists of speakers probably should be edited to include verifiably notable people, not just random people. The article could also use more independent sources that back up the content of the article, and more information on why BlogHer is notable: is it the first such organization? Is it the biggest? What is important about BlogHer? —GregChant (talk) 18:20, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
I believe this article focused more on statistics or the history of Blogger rather than showcasing what it is currently doing to impact technology and women. The wikipedia article will have to add more sources and and more accomplishment of the brand to make people see the why Blogher is so successful and what makes it so compelling.
