Recent revert re: Poncha Pass
[edit]I reinstated the bit about Poncha Pass, since it's correct. Note that it does not say that Blanca is separated by only Poncha Pass from the Sawatch Range. The point is that this statement, in context, is to clarify the reason for the large topographic prominence of Blanca; if you are confused about this you should take a look at that page or ask about it here. Switched the Tewa & Ute names in the first section.
[edit]I noticed that the 'th' digraph didn't make sense for a Ute word, checked Ute phonology to confirm, then noticed that in this article, the Ute and Tewa names were switched in the introduction when compared to the "Historical Names" section.
Considering 'th' is a digraph in the Romanization of Tewa, I believe the change is correct, and it at least makes the article consistent. 2600:1700:A710:BCE0:359C:7222:3D8C:D073 (talk) 04:20, 24 November 2024 (UTC)
