Why Castille and not simply Spain? --Dpr 03:15, 8 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

How did the enslaved blacks in the 1500s from Spain revolt with the Native Americans if the Native Americans were in what is now the Americas?

Black Ladinos were Spanish-speaking black African slaves born in Latin America, or exiled to the Americas after spending time in Portugal? Wouldn't they speak portuguese instead? The Black Ladino seems to refer the spanish speakers. If they had been in Portugal they would be portuguese speakers: [1]Anyway it makes no sense.
