I just joined today so I don't know how to edit anything yet. I just wanted to point out that the picture in the top RH is a Little Red Flying Fox, not a Black Flying Fox. I may be able to edit it myself once I've done some reading but if anyone else beats me to it, that's good too. Farmduck (talk) 04:38, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Image

[edit]

Can we use a different image for the first photo? It doesn't really show the characteristics of a black flying fox as it's in the bright sunlight. Does anyone have any public domain images or free use photos? Battykin (talk) 18:08, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Battykin, for images with acceptable copyright licensing, it is good to check Wikimedia Commons. I don't really have a strong opinion about this particular photo, but would you prefer this: Enwebb (talk) 18:18, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your reply! That photo isn't bad. It might not be the best, but I do find it better than the current one. The current one is a nice photo of a bat, but just doesn't really show that it's a "black" flying fox. The one you posted here does show the characteristics a litte better as it's out of the sunlight. Just my opinion :) Battykin (talk) 18:23, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Content of the Article

[edit]

I believe the content of the article is very strong, however, there is much that can be added to enhance it. In the first couple sections, more sentences can be written to improve the quality.Jlebo14 (talk) 21:52, 19 September 2022 (UTC) Jlebo14 (talk) 21:52, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Predators.

[edit]

The article should show what predators hunt the Black Flying Fox. Ded_ninja8 (talk) 14:27, 31 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
