One of the theories that I believe to be true is that in order to travel to the past two things are required. These two things are black holes and a worm hole. Both the black hole and the worm hole were created by Albert Einstein. However, till now only black holes were proven to exist but no evidence shows what happens near it or inside it. In addition to worm holes, they are just a theory and they have still not found to be true. However, as Einstein explained if you travel to space and travel near an object that contains a large amount of gravitational force then when you come back to earth you would have traveled to the future. That's because time is affected by gravity.
However, this doesn't mean that it will take for you a larger time to age, this just means that you are still aging but in a slower time.
