Put the info back up
Who deleted the info about their Toronto based roots. It's true, Only people who are Canadian or have Canadian roots perform at the CFL Grey cup half time show and the Black Eyed Peas performed and they have stated their Toronto based roots. Now put the info back up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.96.86.112 (talk) 02:51, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
Separate Discography Page
Discography should not be in this page. Well, at least most of it should be on another page. Look at the collaborations list!
Anyone agree?
I think a separate discography page would be welcome, especially with all of the production work will.i.am has done over the years. I did include a sub-section in the main article for a regular album discography. While there were links on the bottom bar, some might say the top box and not think of scrolling down, so the discography lists their albums proper, not singles or EP's. Lack of info on first two albums
Since the point of an encyclopedia article is to inform shouldn't the first two get more of a mention, just because they were not very mainstream then doesn't mean that their earlier work should be completely overshadowed. TrevorLSciAct (talk) 23:00, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
Release Date???
The release date on this page for The E.N.D is May 13th, but on the The E.N.D page it's March 31. So i wasn't sure which is right, is it the March date??
So could someone fix up the wrong date.

Ramy Antoun
The Buckethead task force is currently working on an article about Black Eyed Peas' percussionist Ramy Antoun. Any input from your side is highly appreciated! --Avant-garde a clue-hexaChord2 19:06, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Instant Def
I quickly added a section on their new series.
what happened someone deleted it and the link 2 the website
Someone changed it to the "Personals" thing, which seems totally useless. And it's *Stacy* Ferguson, not Sarah. The last 'correct' revision was: "Revision as of 22:27, 15 August 2006"
- What are you talking about? --Yamla 00:58, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- they did a we-series called Instant Def, but everytime someone creates it, it get's deleted. MatthewWaller (talk) 23:56, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Pump It?
Was the song "pump it" already a single? Because the radios are currently adding it to rotation... are they re-releasing? I honestly don't remember seeing that song as a single until a few days ago when I saw that it has gotten many adds on the radios...
Plus wasn't Elephunk already triple platinum in the U.S.? No it was not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.1.162.152 (talk) 22:54, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Monkey Business removed - vandalism
On August 28, "Kimpel" removed the entire section on Monkey Business, and covered the change with another vandalism. I'm too busy to attend to it, but if someone could manually add back in the section on Monkey Business, that would be great. If they could also report that user for vandalism, that would also be a good idea. - 128.220.140.57 (talk) 14:24, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
Criticism (I gotta feeling)
I haven't heard much criticism of the use of mazel tov and L'Chaim in the song other than from this one reviewer... it was my impression that culturally the phrases are in vogue. I'd like to remove the mention of the criticism unless somebody wants to spearhead a 'controversy' section, but I'll wait for some thoughts first. Jacotto (talk) 22:53, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
Other Uses of their Music
Shouldn't there be mention of all of the uses of the music in pop culture? "Let's Get It Started" was part of the NBA playoffs one year, and "Meet Me Halfway" is currently being used as part of the Best Buy campaign - just to name two. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.166.138.198 (talk) 17:08, 19 November 2009 (UTC)
is/are confusion
On the Plain White T's article, it says "The Plain White T's IS an American..." BUT ON THIS ARTICLE IT SAYS "The Black Eyed Peas ARE an American..." WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?!!! YouTubeaholic2009 (talk) 16:06, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

Plagiarism
Why no mention of the fact that these bozos, who can only produce the most basic of songs, can't even do that on their own, since they're being sued for plagiarism over one of the tracks in their latest album (can't be bothered to remember which one)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.132.65.97 (talk) 11:49, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

Biggest flashmob performance ever
According to an article on pollstar their flashmob performance for Oprah was the biggest flash-mob performance ever. That could be mentioned in this wikipedia article. Though we may need a more reliable source. Pnelnik (talk) 08:54, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
- Any idea if it was a true flashmob? I'm suspicious it was manufactured for promotion, but if not it's definitely noteworthy. Jacotto (talk) 04:51, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- Just read the article on flash mobs and you know, that this wasn't one. It's not very remarkable to gather 21000 people for Oprah Winfrey and "[the] term is generally not applied to events organized by public relations firms, protests, and publicity stunts." (Flash mob). Also source 14 (youtube video) is gone. --85.16.223.112 (talk) 20:31, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
It appears the name now really is "The Black Eyed Peas"
See copyright on their web site, etc.
Any objections to the article being moved over the redirect?- sinneed (talk) 04:04, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- I don't see a consensus in several sources (Dipdive is reliable as well) and thus no need in moving back.--Totie (talk) 19:29, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- On all of their album releases, as far as I'm aware, they are credited as THE Black Eyed Peas; with other sources, it is clear this is correct. No need for consensus, please move. Andre666 (talk) 10:53, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
- FYI Not all of them: only those past Legally Blonde: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (2001), i.e. Elephunk onward. Yvesnimmo (talk) 03:20, 3 August 2010 (UTC)
