Cleanup

[edit]

What is this, a freaking image gallery? The sections could also be organized better, music section can lose the bulky table, and the trivia section should either be reduced or removed. --TheFarix (Talk) 21:20, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, There are no more images than there are for most game systems, check out the page for the nintendo wii. I think the page looks very professional. - Jesheckah

That may be true but other crap exsists isnt a good excuse.--Chipmonk328 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.128.102.43 (talk) 03:23, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Picture

[edit]

I've noticed that on a lot of other manga article (ie: Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, etc.), they have a picture of the first volume of the manga. I happen to have a picture of volume 1 right here and was wondering if we could use this instead. Any objections? Sasuke-kun27 23:59, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so. Many other anime's(such as Dragon Ball Z, YuYu Hakusho, Hikaru no Go, and Bleach (manga)) don't have it, so why should this page have it? The picture seems fine.

MoChan

Having a picture of the cover is better than having some random picture of the characters. I'll go ahead and change it and if people don't like it, they can just change it back themselves. // Sasuke-kun27 20:36, 7 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

PS2 Game

[edit]

Seeing as there is no separate article dedicated to the PS2 game Black Cat, I feel we should add a section in this article. Otingocni 06:53, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Differences

[edit]

Just a thought, but shouldn't we have a section for differences between the manga and anime? Other articles have it, and it helps out people alot. Highcount. 00:02, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds good. Especially since this particular series has HUGE GLARING DIFFERENCES. Frankly, I myself was pretty confused when I jumped right into a anime episode of Black Cat after reading the entire manga.

Only 23 epsiode?!?!?

[edit]

What happen to 1 episode. I though i was suppose to be 24 episode but why people only recall and comfirm there was a total of 24 episode but not 23. The missing episode is episode 15 when Number I moves in to kill Train. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 60.52.18.27 (talk) 09:17, 12 May 2007 (UTC).[reply]

You're right; the series certainly contained 24 episodes, with the 15th episode airing exclusively in Japan on Animax and also included in the Japanese DVDs for the series (and subsequently later on Animax's networks worldwide). I've expanded on that section, and added a reference for the airing of the 24 episodes of the series. ···巌流? · Talk to Ganryuu 12:55, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need translation from the Japanese wikipedia of Black Cat.

[edit]

Can someone help with this? I found out that there's a light novel authored by Tomohito Ōsaki through the Japanese Wikipedia. No wonder that this article needs cleanup. Samantha Lim88 04:14, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

I can not be so certin with this! im am very UnHAPPY about this situation! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.185.26.251 (talk) 19:07, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

XIII (comic book), first published in 1984, has a suspiciously similar plotline. It in turn was "inspired by Robert Ludlum's book The Bourne Identity", per its wikipedia page. Should this be added to a 'derivative works' section? 152.46.20.203 (talk) 21:11, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree with this addition. XIII and Black Cat share some similarities like the roman numerals but aside from that they couldn't be any different. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.53.64.5 (talk) 01:52, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Major concern

[edit]

The plot section from this article reads more like a premise since it doesn't explain what happens in the middle and ending. Also, it feels more focused on the anime rather than the manga as Saya is alive in the beginning only in the manga. I would suggest making a small rewrite before the GA review.Tintor2 (talk) 20:45, 28 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah I guess MOSAM says it should be more detailed. It is not focused on the anime though, the first paragraph is all backstory that happened before the first chapter (Saya is dead before it starts), but all is shown later in the manga. Xfansd (talk) 03:06, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
