"Bloodstained variant of the wilted petal flag" is not bloodstained

The "Bloodstained variant of the wilted petal flag" image in this article isn't actually bloodstained. I can't find a public-domain vector version of the actual bloodstained flag, although a raster version exists on this Reddit thread. Can someone please make a public-domain vector version of this?
