WP Non RS

[edit]

Hello @Whitestar12. You have tagged unreliable sources in the article. Can you tell me which are those unreliable? Thank you Baqi:) (talk) 08:04, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Jannatulbaqi -
The tag says the sources may not be reliable sources. A few points:
1) Per WP:RSUEC, non-English sources are allowed; however, English sources are preferred over non-English. Nearly 50% of the sources used here are non-English (7 out of the 13). I searched the Reliable Sources Noticeboard to see if these smaller news outlets are considered reliable; however, there isn't much information available. Per WP:SOURCE, reputable newspapers may be considered reliable. However, with these smaller news outlets in another language, it's difficult to assess reliability.
2) Reference 2 used in the article leads to the Government Gazette, which is either a newspaper or a book (hard for me to tell). It is currently cited as a webpage. I would recommending citing the actual paper or book and providing page numbers from where the content was procured to support WP:NOR.
Here are a few English sources I found that may help improve the article:
Source 1
Source 2
Source 3
This book may also be a good source, but I don't have access to it.
Feel free to take a look and assess.
