Proposed name change
[edit]Propose to change the name of this article from "Bir Tibetan" to "Bir Tibetan Colony," since the latter is in fact the name used locally to refer to the Tibetan settlement, and "Bir Tibetan" on its own doesn't adequately describe the settlement.
