Contradiction

The ending of the header paragraph says it is more about force into the ground, but the other paragraphs say it is also about step frequency. If both are important, the ending of the header paragraph should be changed, right? RyanDanielst (talk) 17:36, 26 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
