Organ vs. Biological systems
[edit]If "organ system" and "biological system" mean the same thing then why does wikipedia have two distinct categories for them? Category:Organ systems and Category:Biological systems. Should we delete the former category and move everything in it to the latter? svadhisthana (talk) 01:49, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- The title of his article must be reverted to "Organ systems", because term "Biological systems" means much more wide field. Lowest lewel of biological systems is level of molecular biosystems (some of them are reserched by Systems biology), the highest for this moment is a level of biosphere. The journal "BioSystems" covers other field but not organ systems... ([1]) --Rencas (talk) 13:02, 8 July 2013 (UTC)
Copy-paste registration
[edit]- In this edit text was copy/pasted here from the systems (biology) article.
-- Mdd (talk) 00:15, 4 November 2009 (UTC) So this is what happans. Somtehing is connected with something and you get fucked and blah blah blah life happens and you dont need to know all of this fucking stupid shit. The End.
Only human systems?
[edit]What about systems that are unique to non-human organisms? Where can I find a discussion of those? -Agur bar Jacé (talk) 21:17, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
Hi - I don't know much about this subject - which is why I am reading this article. It seems to be very similar to the article on the human body. Would it make sense to combine these articles? --Blumrosen (talk) 20:11, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
- Since it's not specified that this is an article on human biological systems, would it be useful to change the title to "Human Biological System" or add a section for non-human organisms?--Donnarahgoshay (talk) 04:21, 8 October 2021 (UTC)

Sources for Use Within Article
[edit]I think that it would be beneficial to add examples of more systems into this page since its mentioned in the lead section of the article. I was thinking about adding in a section for cellular organelle systems. These are a few sources I've looked at for potential references if anybody would like to look through them.
