Smith, Andrea Faulty Reference?
[edit]I'm currently Smith's book that is referenced by this article and have been looking up parts of it as I got. The mention of "Jesse Coulter/Sittingcrow" brought me to this Wikipedia article. Here the statement "He claims to be a Native American who supposedly believed that all Native women should be raped and killed." is referenced to Smith's book. I haven't completed the book yet, but the short mention of "Jesse Coulter/Sittingcrow" doesn't contain any such statement. On top of this, the page referenced doesn't exist. It refers to page 282, but the book only goes to 246. I believe this statement may not have existed. Golmschenk (talk) 15:47, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
- Upon further research (going to the reference cited in Smith's book, "Minneapolis serial killings suspect jailed in New Mexico" By Mark Brunswick and Paul Klauda, May 28, 1987), I've found that the article she references also makes no such claim. As such I am going to remove this statement. Golmschenk (talk) 15:54, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
