Birth?

Though not usable in Wikipedia, as it's original research WP:OR, according to FreeBMD, the births of 8-people named William/Willie Clements were registered in the West Riding of Yorkshire (including 3-people in rugby league playing area of Wakefield district (plus 2-Barnsley, 1-Keighley, 1-Rotherham, 1-Sheffield)) between 1888 and 1906 (commensurate with a circa-1921 to 1928 playing career), are any of these Billy Clements?
