William Arnold Bowen/William 'Billy' E. Bowen

[edit]

William Arnold Bowen and William 'Billy' E. Bowen (who went on to play RL with Leeds), both played for Swansea RFC about 20-years apart, which could infer a father/son or similar relationship, is there any evidence to support this assertion? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 15:56, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

My gut feeling is that they are unrelated. Mainly due to the Who's Who books, which will often mentions family ties (it goes as far as linking Gwyn Nicholls with his father-in-law Frank Williams), gives no link between the two men despite sitting next to each other on the page.
