I am new here....

I only added this page because the Wiki page on Northland Council was incorrect - so I added Bill Shepherd. If you want to delete it go ahead, but be aware the info on the Northland Council page is incorrect and out of date.

I have no affiliation with Bill Shepherd or NRC - I am just a netizen, but I can't spend any more time on this, so feel free to do with it what you will.
