William H. Reams, more info, obituary

Hi, I just found my father's Wikipedia page and saw that his passing has not been included. Also, no news articles about him have been included, so I'll be researching archives and providing multiple references. My father was a very notable King County Councilman and Washington State Representative. I tried to add info, but can't seem to do it, so I'm submitting his info here.
