I'm not sure why the spelling here doesn't match the special feature credit in "Blast from the Past" which calls him 'Bill Kelley.' I have had problems before on another page where people kept trying to change a person's name to the more common spelling variant out of ignorance and I suspect that is what is going on here, but I don't really know this time.
