[edit]umm, not sure how best to put a neat and tidy comment in, but just to qualify my correction of the label releasing C0NCH3 as South Indies... I have a copy of the LP credited to this label, also see http://south.indies.free.fr/html/Releases.html.
Also; Stephen Cogle was never in the Pin Group; Victor Dimisich band contained both him and Peter Stapleton (and at times Alan Meek) and followed Vacuum. Okey Dokey, blacksand 10:56, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]It's not really acceptable format on Wikipedia to split an article such that his music and his writing are treated in two different articles whose only basic difference is using the full or diminutive form of his given name. Pick one name or the other, deal with both topics there, and redirect the second name to the first one. Bearcat 02:02, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, but there's two of him. (NK)
- One person being known by two different names in different endeavours doesn't equal two people; it equals one person who can be known by two names. Wikipedia's precedent in that type of situation is "one person = one article". Bearcat 03:52, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit]He's known as Bill exclusively in music circles, and as both Bill and William about equally in poetry circles, and in recent years almost exclusively as Bill (see this link for an indication of the names used on various poetry publications). As such, it makes far more sense for the article to be at Bill. (Although OR doesn't count here, I know him in both musical and poetry circles and have only very rarely heard him called anything other than Bill). Grutness...wha? 14:47, 20 April 2021 (UTC)
