I read this article and do not believe Ballance is particularly noteworthy. It seems that all he is really known for is for having released nude photos of Dr. Laura Schlessinger, and even that is written oddly. "Ballance caused another stir in 1998, when a judge ruled that nude images of Dr. Laura Schlessinger could continue to be posted on a website." rings false to me. Why would Ballance cause a stir at the time of the Judge's ruling, and not at the time that he sold the images for publication? In any case, it's my sense that this is the only noteworthy thing he did in 50 years of radio, and even that is of marginal value to the encyclopedia? Anyone else in favor of deletion? Otherwise, re-writing the "controversy" section so that it makes more sense.Jonny Quick (talk) 05:33, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
