Text and/or other creative content from 2002 Gujarat riots was copied or moved into Bilkis Bano case. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.
The article does not provide any background information on the case, the preceding riots, or Bano herself. The article is just one monolithic section, and needs to be divided, and fleshed out so it meets the requirements of a full article. It appears to be pasted verbatim from the subsection 2002 Gujarat riots#Bilkis Bano case. Rawr3507 (talk) 04:51, 22 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have added a clean-up tag that the lead section has extra information about the Bilkis Bano's rape and the murder of her family members that is not covered in the article. See MOS:LEAD for purpose of the lead. It provides an accessible overview to the whole article. Information in the lead should be in the body of the article too. See WP:LEADFOLLOWSBODY. To make this obvious, I have also added a new Background section and moved the existing Missing information tag there to show where the additional information needs to be covered to orient the reader. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 00:59, 20 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
