I just would like to exspress my sad feelings for a very good friend who died in Big Sandy, Her name was GiGi Bell. We had some very good times in good and in bad she was always there for me and I tryed my best to be there for her also. But my moving to Vermont and her moving to Tenn. I didn' get to see or here form her that much. They brought her body back to Lowell Massachuttees where we both grew up and were best of friends. The buried her on Monday and that is the day I found out she had passed I was very in shock and saddened to the worst. I hope by writing this someone in Big Sandy new who she was an I'm sure they feel the same way. She had a very big heart and would help anyone she could. Alll my prayer to her and her family. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.114.50.25 (talk) 13:50, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
Historical photograph added
[edit]I added a historical photograph from the National Archives and Records Administration donation to Wikimedia Commons. It would still be great to have a contemporary image of Big Sandy! SarahStierch (talk) 14:59, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
